This Southern Classic Blend is the deepest roast profile we offer. It consists of 50 percent Colombia and 50 percent Ethiopia. When using it in pulling espresso shots, you will taste intense sweetness and tons of complexity and vibrancy. When using for filter-brew at home, you will taste deeper and darker notes like dark chocolate, molasses, dried fruit, and creamy/syrupy mouthfeel. This blend also goes well with cream and sugar. This blend is ideal for coffee lovers who like more traditional Italian roast profiles - stronger, bolder, and intense coffee flavor.
